By copying, using, modifying, or distributing this software and its included
design assets (the "Work"), you agree to these terms.

1. Permission. ServiceAi grants you a worldwide, royalty-free, nonexclusive,
   nontransferable license to use, copy, modify, and distribute the Work solely
   for noncommercial purposes. You may use it for personal projects, education,
   research, and nonprofit work that is not conducted for commercial advantage.

2. Commercial restriction. You may not use the Work in a commercial setting or
   for commercial advantage. This includes use by or for a for-profit business,
   internal business use, paid client work, a revenue-generating product or
   service, resale, sublicensing, or including the Work in a paid offering.
   A separate written license from ServiceAi is required for any such use.

3. Redistribution. If you share an unmodified or modified copy, include this
   license and copyright notice, identify your changes, and state clearly that
   ServiceAi does not endorse your version. You may not offer downstream users
   broader rights than this license grants.

4. Branding. The ServiceAi name, logos, and "Powered by ServiceAi" widget may
   be reproduced only as they appear in a permitted noncommercial use of the
   Work or as attribution for it. No other trademark rights are granted. You
   may not imply ServiceAi sponsorship, approval, or affiliation.

5. No patent grant. This license does not grant patent rights.

6. Termination. Your rights end automatically if you violate these terms.
   If you stop the violation within 30 days after discovering it, your rights
   are reinstated once. ServiceAi may grant written exceptions.

7. Disclaimer. THE WORK IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND,
   EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
   PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW,
   SERVICEAI IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING
   FROM THE WORK OR ITS USE.

For commercial permission, contact ServiceAi and obtain a separate written
license before using the Work commercially.
